Mr. Mugg is member of the California Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the San Francisco Lawyers Club, and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

Sherry Tang - Firm founder Sherry Tang is an attorney licensed in California with duel law degrees: J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law, and LL.B. from South-Central University of Political Science and Law, one of the top law schools in P. R. China. Sherry’s practice focuses on business-related and family-related immigration, as well as business law and civil law matters. She has had years of immigration experience in California.
